Congratulations on your results, Manj! As you have demonstrated, recomposition is certainly possible but it takes a lot of discipline and hard work.

I think people get caught up on ‘simultaneous’ muscle and fat loss, without defining a time frame. Can you gain muscle and lose fat in one week, probably not. But a month, three-months, or a year is a different story. We also need to consider the intensity of the program that someone is happy to adhere to. Training 3x per week with a slight energy deficit won’t get the job done, but do what you have and it certainly can.
