Gut health is an interesting topic and I admit that I'm no expert. I think it's a good idea to consume less of the foods that make your gut feel bad, but that's about the extent of my knowledge.

I'm not sure I understand your theory on how bacteria living off undigested food makes fat loss go to the wayside. Would you be able to expand on this?
