I especially agree on targeting the forearms. Building up the brachialis in particular makes the arm appear fuller and also adds an extra level of definition. I've heard that building the brachialis pushes the bicep up to make it appear larger Whether this is true or not, I'm not sure, but it's definitely worth training the forearms hard if you want bigger arms!
