I had to read this article twice because there were so many knowledge bombs - I really enjoyed it. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen such in-depth analysis of a small business and that pitch deck was seriously impressive!

I’m not sure what the situation is in the US, but here in Australia there was an explosion of home-based fitness offerings in 2020 but these have faded away this year as people went back to the gyms.
