The 2-Minute Game Plan To Improve Tomorrow’s Diet
Most people take an all-or-nothing approach when it comes to changing their diet. Instead of looking at what they are doing now and making some small changes, they try to change everything all at once.
They go from three meals a day to five, or from five meals a day to one, all while cutting out carbs or increasing fat or whatever else is popular at the time. Two weeks later, they are back to where they started, after not being able to adhere to the big changes.
While I often preach about tracking and understanding your food intake before you start to make changes, sometimes you just want to get started with something small to prove to yourself that you can do it. If this sounds like you, try using my two-minute game plan to improve tomorrow’s diet.
Write It Out
You need to have an idea of what meals you are going to be eating tomorrow, but this does not mean that you weigh all of your foods, prepare them in bulk and then carry them around with you. In fact, most of my client only prepare their lunch three or four times per week.
What I want you to do is think about the following:
- The number of meals you will eat (with rough timings);
- The types and quantity of food for each meal;
