This is a great article, Gene.

I find it interesting that the low-carb crew take such a strong interest in insulin’s role in inhibiting lipolysis and storing energy. However, when fatty acids are elevated in the bloodstream without insulin being high, fatty acids will still be stored in body fat and lipolysis is inhibited!
